Our first day as a market trader was Saturday 17th in Kensington's Portobello Green Market. Fortunately London has been experiencing some beautiful weather, so the EARLY start was made easier by the Sun shining its rays from morning. PreLoved Paradise selected stock which could carry on from Winter, as well as showcasing our new Spring/ Summer collection. The feedback we recieved was wonderful and with our beautiful models on hand to show their support the day was a success. To those who stopped by, as huge thank you, for those who missed it see you Sunday 25th where we will have a lot more bargains up for grabs. As well as a raffle, with the chance of winning an item for free.

This article by CLIVE MARTIN is not only wonderfully written, brimming with accurate depictions of Londoners, laden with visual imagery, but it also manages to simultaneously nail our love for the BIG L in all its grime and glamour, with our scornful contempt for the way of life it evokes and manifests, oh so accurately. It is also one I can relate to on a personal level as I have recently had to move from Zone 2 back to Zone 6. This article eased the pain a little. Still only a little. But a highly recommended read.
